  3. To establish and maintain a creative space with a studio, exhibition space, and eventually artists’ quarters.

Morals and Ethics:

  1. Integrity, inclusivity, fairness, accessibility for all, and advocacy for the censored are the core values of the business.
  2. A nominated board of directors, composed of individuals without financial interest in the business, will oversee decisions in the areas of artistic expression, socio-political narrative, and finance, ensuring alignment with stated values.
  3. The business and its team will adhere to a code of ethics at all times, promoting honesty, respect, and social responsibility.
  4. Free exhibitions of artworks produced by the business will be held annually to maintain accessibility.
  5. Free lessons in wet-on-wet oils will be offered to dedicated individuals seeking to perfect their craft.
  6. Offers on artworks by passionate individuals lacking financial means will be considered.
