1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept contactless payment methods including Google Pay, Apple Pay, as well as traditional methods such as Visa, V Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, and Union Pay. All payments are securely processed through our system.

2. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders within the national borders typically take up to 10 business days for processing and shipping. Internationally, delivery times may vary, ranging from four to six weeks.

3. What is your return/exchange policy?

Please refer to our website for our detailed return/exchange policy. Generally, all sales are final, but we consider refund requests within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@jaismith.art or call us at 07369 252584 for assistance with returns.

To complete a return, you need a receipt or proof of purchase. Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition or returned after 30 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for refunds to appear in your account. Sale items are non-refundable. You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Are your artworks originals or prints?

Currently, all our artworks are originals. However, I am looking into professionally photographing my works to offer prints in the future.

5. Can I request custom artworks or commissions?

Absolutely! I’m more than happy to take on custom artwork commissions. I’m also considering painting jackets and clothing upon request.

6. Do you offer framing services for your artworks?

I’m in talks with a local framer to provide handmade frames. Additionally, there are competitive framing businesses in our vicinity that can cater to your needs.

7. How do I know if an artwork will fit in my space?

We recommend measuring your space and comparing it to the dimensions of the artwork. Neutral-colored canvases work well with most environments, but feel free to contact us for personalized advice.

8. What if I have a problem with my order or need assistance?

9. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalization options?

While I don’t currently offer gift wrapping, I’m happy to accommodate personalization requests. Just let me know, and we’ll work together to make it special.

10. Can I visit your studio in person to view artworks?

Absolutely! My studio is open to visitors, and you can even observe my creative process firsthand. Schedule a visit to explore our artworks in person.

11. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or repeat customers?

I’m considering implementing a loyalty program for bulk purchases and repeat customers as a token of appreciation for your support.

12. Are your artworks signed and/or numbered?

All artworks listed on our website are signed and may be numbered with a unique SKU, ensuring their authenticity. Each piece also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

13. What is your privacy policy regarding customer information?

My privacy policy is detailed on our website’s Privacy Policy page. Your privacy and security are paramount to me.

14. Do you offer art classes or workshops?

I provide discounted art classes and workshops, especially for aspiring artists who demonstrate dedication and passion.

15. Can I license your artwork for commercial use?

Please contact me directly to discuss licensing arrangements for commercial use, as I carefully consider each request.

16. How often do you release new artworks?

I release new artworks at least three to four times a month, ensuring a fresh selection for my customers.

17. Are your artworks suitable for outdoor display?

While my artworks are suitable for outdoor display, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may affect color vibrancy. I recommend displaying them in shaded areas.

18. Do you offer gift cards?

While I don’t offer gift cards currently, I’m open to arranging prepaid credits for gifting purposes upon request.
